With features such as multi-location service, voicemail-to-email, auto-attendants, and easy-to-use, extensive customization and routing options. Talkswitch® is also cost-effective with a modular design that can utilize standard analog phone handsets, advanced IP Phones, and work both with regular Telephone Company phone lines (POTS), and Voice over IP (VoIP) services.

Voice Over IP (VoIP)

As an authorized agent for BabyTEL®, Aphex Imaging can increase your telecommunications capabilities while reducing costs by implimenting VoIP services. VoIP enables you to make and recieve calls over the Internet using a combination of a VoIP device and your current telephone hardware. By moving some of your call volume to cost effective VoIP services, you can lower both line fees and long distance charges.

Network Security

As part of our commitment to the performance and stability of our clients, Aphex Imaging puts a high priority on the safety and security of their data. Mozy provides a service that protects your data by synchronizing and storing your data in a HIPAA-Compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) data centre. Your data can be accessed or restored at any time. Aphex Imaging is an integration partner with Mozy, and promotes it's use with all of our clients.
