Aphex Opens New Office in Toronto

Aphex Imaging is proud to announce the opening of their new office in Toronto on June 1, 2010. Located in the historic Clarence Block building on Spadina Avenue, the new office will provide a central base for the firm's local networking and support service customers, and will also enable Aphex to promote its creative and technology services to other companies in the Toronto sector.

PDAC/National Post Feature

The Aphex Team attended the 2010 PDAC International Trade Show in Toronto March 7-10. Aphex was there to support current clients as well as meet with potential companies interested in our unified communications services. At the conference Noront Resources launched an iPhone application, developed by Aphex Imaging, titled the Noront Universal Mining Application or NUMA that allows for the dollar value calculation of polymetallic mineral deposits from drill results. The National Post has featured an article highlighting the application along with an interview with Noront CEO, Wes Hanson.

Aphex Imaging goes to Brazil with Colossus Minerals

As phase two of Colossus Minerals IT Infrastructure strategy begins, Aphex Imaging’s Director, Jeff Nantais, is traveling to Brazil to deploy a unified communications infrastructure at Colossus’ main office in Belo Horizonte and the remote office in Parapuapebus.

Hardware and software will be standardized with the Toronto office. Security policies will be introduced along with a managed file server and an IP-based voice system over a private network, seamlessly synchronized with the Colossus Minerals office in Toronto.
